Delete your LogFai account
You decide over your account. This is how you delete it and your data, in the LogFai app or on the web.
Private account
For you who log your own working time without an employer.
- Open the LogFai app or sign in at app.logfai.com.
- Go to Settings and choose Delete the account.
- Confirm. You are signed out on every device.
The account and all your time are deleted after 14 days. If you sign in before then, the deletion is cancelled. If you want a copy first, choose Download my data in the same menu.
Employee or employer
An employee account and its working time belong to the employer's time records, which the employer may be required to keep. Ask your employer to remove you, or write to us and we will help you and your employer. Employers who want to end LogFai also write to us.
Can't sign in?
Write to info@logfai.com from the account's email address and we will delete the account for you.
